About me and my therapy practice
On line counselling available.
Talking to a professional in confidence may help you to understand and acknowledge the feelings you are experiencing and enable you to begin to move forward in your life.
My role as a counsellor is not to tell you what to do, but to help you explore your options in life and to gain greater self-awareness.
I aim to provide a safe, confidential and respectful environment for you to share and explore any emotional problems that may be concerning you.
I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I follow their code of ethics.
I am available for appointments between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Thursday.
Practice description
I work from home, my consulting room is a peaceful and tranquil air conditioned conservatory at the back of the house, with its own private entrance.
My first session
During your initial session we would explore your areas of difficulty. Sometimes there are several problems to talk about, or sometimes the issue may not seem clear-cut, and an intial discussion can provide some clarity.
