About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified marital and couple therapist and a registered member of the BACP. I completed my postgraduate diploma at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships in 2007 and worked there as a visiting clinician until 2017. My approach is psychodynamic which means we would look together at how your life and past relationships (both family and ex partners) have affected the way you are today and therefore how you behave in your relationships. I see both couples and individuals who are experiencing difficulties with present relationships or with forming and keeping relationships. I like to carry out an in depth assessment before we all agree to embark on working together.
