About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in working with children & young people but also work with adults. The thought of coming to see a counsellor may fill you with anxiety but my hope is that you will feel relaxed and able to explore things that you may be struggling with. I try to be flexible in the way that I work with you and I work via Zoom as well as face to face, listening to the issues that you would like to look at and the way in which you think. We can use art if it helps you or a more structured approach which looks at how you think about things. You can have an introductory session if that would be easier and we can then decide how to proceed. In some circumstances I may be able to offer a reduced rate. Please do discuss with me.

Practice description

I have a counselling room in the garden of my house. The room also has toilet facilities.
