About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes we need help to make sense of whatever we are struggling with. Together we may enhance your self awareness and develop an understanding of what feels blocked to you.

My background in training is psychodynamic which means linking the past and its effect to our lives in the present, often enabling understanding of what had remained unconscious.

I am a sensitive, respectful and widely experienced BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor and Supervisor. I work with high standards of integrity and adhere to a professional code of ethics and good practice.
