About me and my therapy practice

I work as a person centred counsellor in a supportive and non-judgemental manner allowing clients to explore a variety of issues with a view to improving their mental health and well-being. I also offer supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors.

I have almost 20 years of experience ranging from primary care counselling, working in GP surgeries to the voluntary sector, further education and also with Employee Assistance Providers (EAP's). For the last 10 years I have been working in private practice.

I am presently working remotely with both EAPs, private clients and supervisees. Both telephone and zoom video sessions can be arranged.
