About me and my therapy practice

Are you finding things overwhelming, feeling anxious or stuck, unable to move on or just have a general sense of not being happy? Maybe you lack confidence or have a low self-esteem? Are you overweight or unhealthy and ready for a change?

I will help you explore your feelings and emotions and support you in getting to the root of the problem and finding your own solutions; sometimes it can be a case of looking at something from a different perspective

Practice description

As well as helping adults with their issues I also counsel young people through the anxieties of teenage issues & exam stress, promoting confidence. I have been DBS checked for my role as a ChildLine Counsellor and my role as school governor at Woodford Green Prep School.

My style is very personal; every session is about you.
