About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist. Previous to the MA in Child Psychotherapy, I have been trained in Switzerland as Psycho Motor Activity Therapist, with focus on Play Therapy and Body Work for Children and young adults.

I have many years of experience working with my clients not only through talking therapy but also through body awareness and symbolism, using art materials such as clay and sand to facilitate unconscious emotional processes and EMDR. Even though I mainly work with children and adolescents, I am also experienced in supporting adults, if they are interested in a more creative and body focused therapy or are in need to process Trauma through EMDR.
