About me and my therapy practice

I have been counselling now for over 20 years and find my work very rewarding.

I used to work in the educational field; my initial training was as a Person Centred counsellor; I now work integratively, according to what you feel you need.

I work with individuals, couples, with people experiencing loss and bereavement, as well as those with anxiety and depression. I also work extensively with people with Autism Spectrum Condition and Aspergers.

Fees: £75 for individual, £95 for couples. Concessions for unemployed / low waged.

My first session

Your first session will be longer than the 50 minutes for all other sessions. The fee is the same.
