About me and my therapy practice
Hello! I want to know what you're looking to get out of counselling and help you through this process.
The first, and most important, step is finding the right therapist; someone you can trust, feel able to talk to openly and who has the skills and experience to work through whatever is going on for you.
I am an experienced integrative counsellor who is curious to get to know you and work collaboratively to help you find clarity and gain insights into why you feel the way you do, and support you to challenge those feelings if they aren't serving you well.
I work face-to-face in a lovely peaceful room in Plymouth, online and over the phone.
NB: At the moment, all sessions are online or phone due to the pandemic.
My first session
I offer a free 15-20 minute chat where we can find out more about each other, you can tell me what you're hoping to get out of counselling and then we can decide if we're going to work together.
We'll then book in your first session during which we will explore what's going on for you and look at how we're going to work together.
It doesn't take long to start feeling a shift towards feeling differently, so it's worth giving me a call to have a free chat about how it can all work.
