Whatever the problem, I can offer you time and space in a warm, contained environment where I hope you will feel safe enough to begin to unload your burden. Together we will be able to see more clearly what is happening and then take it from there to enable positive changes to emerge.
My approach to psychotherapy is Integrative, which means I combine several theories and methods, including CBT, to find the most helpful way forward for each person.
Underpinning all my counselling and psychotherapy work is the knowledge that it is ultimately the developing relationship between client and therapist - that's you and me - that heals .
