Practice description

About me

You've made it to my page, now take the next step, send me a message and I'll get back to you within 24 hours, most times sooner.

I work quite a lot with anxiety disorder, relationship issues, depression and panic disorder. Also a keen interest helping Expats that are trying to adjust to life in the UK.  Let's not forget the Pandemic.  It still continues to affect so many, so we can talk about that, too.

From a close personal experience in 2017, I additionally work with cancer related issues.

My counselling service is online (very convenient and flexible). My preferred method is on Skype or Zoom.

I offer short or long term therapy for clients with wide ranging issues.

I also provide phone and email counselling as they can be real time-savers for busy people. I have done online and phone counselling myself and I found it to be quite effective. Email counselling is good if you live in a house where you might not want others to hear your conversations.

I've worked with lots of people who have never experienced counselling before. It can be a quite scary, nervous and new experience. However, I feel, simply the release of speaking about something which you may have kept private for a long time is extremely cathartic.

If you've come this far, I can offer you confidential, encouraging support through whatever it is you wish to work through. You may not even know what that is! Just that it might be time to talk to someone.
