About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Play Therapist working in the Portsmouth area. I also have further training in trauma-focused cbt, supporting children and young people who have experienced a traumatic event.

I'm level 2 trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and as an informed practitioner I'm able to support children adolescents and parents with developmental and complex developmental trauma in foster, adoptive and birth families. My work with families is complimented with Theraplay informed activities being trained to level 1.

I offer individual and group sessions for children and adolescents in schools using sand, clay, art and movement based techniques informed by Rogerian and Jungian principles.

I also provide consultations to schools and families to discuss an individual’s developmental and environmental needs.
