About me and my therapy practice
Are the dramatic changes to our daily lives causing you to feel anxious? You may be worried about your health, feel lonely, have financial or practical issues to consider or fear the impact the changes are having on your relationships. The measures taken to protect people from Covid-19 have changed the way we live our lives for a period of time and looking after our mental health has become even more important than before. Humans are social beings and the need to connect is extremely important to our wellbeing.
I specialise in working with anxiety and tailor my work to you personally, helping you find coping strategies that can help during these worrying times. If counselling feels like the right way for you to manage your personal challenges then I would love to support you. I am trained to listen in confidence, creating a safe space in which you can be heard.
I have experience of working with adults in private practice, specialising in anxiety, stress, depression and parenting support. In my experience when we let go of what other's expect us to be and allow ourselves to be authentic then we can heal from the pain we feel. If you think I can help you please do get in touch.
