About me and my therapy practice
I offer you a warm and compassionate space to talk about what is going on in your life. I believe it really can help to talk. My work is Person-Centred and as such non-judgemental, regardless of what you bring to the sessions.
I am open to working with everyone. As well as being a qualified counsellor my professional work experience includes education and for the past 18 years the emergency services.
I am a qualified teacher with experience of providing 1-1 counselling for children and young people (I provide some sessions for the Dreadnought Centre in Pool) and have a current enhanced DBS check.
I have my own private counselling room with parking/ toilet facilities. Alternatively, I am able to arrange sessions via Skype.
I can also offer you the chance to work outside- either walking and talking or at a suitable location.
Please do contact me with any enquiries.
