About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, when life presents us with challenges it's good to talk to someone who is totally unconnected with your world. My name is Karen and I have been working as a Counsellor since 2000. I am fully qualified having achieved my Diploma in Person-Centered Counselling from Warwick University in 2000 and I am a member of BACP.
I offer a friendly, safe, sensitive and non-judgmental space where you can talk about the issues that are affecting your life.
I have experience in working with both adults and young people who are struggling with relationships, stress and anxiety, panic attacks, self esteem issues and bereavement. I also have experience in Pet bereavement.
As mentioned previously, I offer a friendly, sensitive, safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore the issues that are affecting your life. I have a very relaxed style of working whilst staying within professional boundaries. I receive regular Supervision to ensure that I am working safely and ethically and giving you the support that you need.
