About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist & Counsellor located in Banstead, Surrey. I work with people who may be facing a wide range of issues and difficulties that may be disrupting their lives. Often people may feel low and depressed, or anxious about things they previously took in their stride. Others may be finding the stress of work, study or family life difficult to cope with. Perhaps there are problems in relationships with friends, partners, or relatives, which can often lead to one feeling lonely, isolated and low on self-esteem.

Counselling allows an opportunity for a person to talk through their feelings, to be listened to, and to find clarity and their way to a fuller more balanced and enjoyable life.
