I currently have some availability. I also work on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays. 

I am an experienced integrative therapist who works with a great range of issues. I aim to facilitate change and progress according to what you uniquely are wishing for, and  I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. While I provide a supportive, exploratory, and non-judgmental environment, I can also offer a structured approach when necessary in pursuit of the life you wish to have and the changes you need to make to have it.  I work with couples and families as well as individuals. I am also an experienced supervisor. 

My practice has been active for around twenty-five years. I am a conscientious and attentive therapist, emphatic as well as challenging. 

I offer initial sessions for £40 (half the charge of my usual asking fee.) In this session, we will have the opportunity to explore your issues as well as what you would like to gain from therapy; also to see if we are a good fit. After this session, if we both agree, we will then commit to a regular slot.
