About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I use a range of approaches and models. This enables me to personalise my approach to your individual needs. I work with you to help you to explore whatever life issues you may be struggling with.
"Mental health is like any other health and needs looking after. I've spoken openly with friends and family about attending counselling and how invaluable it was."
Our sessions gives you the opportunity to discuss your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgemental and confidential space. I will give you time to work out how to best cope with what you are facing, to come to terms with the past as well as to explore ways to improve your relationships, cope with anxiety and stress and changes in your life as a result of the Covid pandemic.
I will support you but also at times challenge you so that you can honestly evaluate and clarify what is really important to you.
I work with clients from a range of diverse backgrounds and varying personal situations. I am a preferred provider for staff at Great Ormond Street Charity and St George's NHS Trust. I offer both short and long-term sessions.
