About me and my therapy practice

Things are tough at the moment and its ok if you're struggling more than usual. Counselling can give you the space to explore, and begin to understand how you’re feeling. It may seem daunting but together we can work to create an environment where you feel comfortable and supported.

I offer face to face sessions as well as online sessions where appropriate. Evening appointments are available.

I am an experienced therapist who has worked with a clients of various ages and backgrounds. I work from a comfortable room in the center of West Bridgford, easily accessible by local bus routes with ample parking near by. I offer evening appointments. Please note: my room is on the 1st floor with no access to a lift.

I offer an optional no obligation introductory session for individuals who may want to meet me and ask questions before deciding whether to work with me. This costs £25 and lasts for 30 minutes.

I also offer couples counselling, priced at £50 for a 1 hour session.
