Remote (Tel or Zoom) and In-Person and Outdoor (ST5) Therapy on offer
BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Bupa Approved Therapist. Qualified Supervisor. Experienced EDI Consultant with specialism in gender and sexuality.
Experienced and time served with 15+ year clinical experience and a 30+ year professional portfolio.
Therapy for adult individuals (18+) and couples (any 2 people in any relationship). I offer longer term support, short-term support and focused single sessions.
My approach is Person-Centred and non-directive - a safe and comfortable space for you to explore all feelings without being judged so you feel accepted, valued and understood.
A welcoming and inclusive practice - culturally sensitive and gender non-binary, LGBTQI+ affirmative 🌈

Person Centred Clinical Supervision on offer - to newly qualified and highly experienced Therapists and Structured Professional Support/ non-clinical Supervision on offer - to Founder/ Owners of businesses and Senior Managers and HR Leads in organisations, education and health sector. I welcome ongoing work and offer short-term support to bridge a gap eg if your Supervisor is on Leave or you require specialist area support or other reason. We can discuss. Feel free to ask.
