About me and my therapy practice
My approach to counselling is very straight-forward: I support clients to move beyond difficulty to a way of life that feels better than they imagined. I don't do the hard work, you do, which is why we can expect the results to be long term rather than short lived.
As a Counsellor and Lecturer with a background in business, I work with a wide range of clients navigating change, disruption and disappointment in their home and professional lives.
My role is to support and challenge you through your own process of change, one which is constructed from a true understanding of yourself, how difficulty came about and how the world has shaped you. I often work with clients who have had counselling before and have decided to return in order to get to the bottom of what has troubled them. I want you to gain the maximum long term results from the time and energy you invest in yourself.
I work in weekly sessions and 2 day self-optimisation programs (individual, couple, groups and retreats). Please see my Beacon Counselling & Coaching Group website (www.bccg.org.uk) for information on weekly sessions and my Garden Gate website (www.gardengate.org.uk) for self-optimisation programs.
