About me and my therapy practice
I am currently pleased to be offering online and telephone counselling for anyone suffering from symptoms of stress or depression.
Talking to someone in confidence about how you're really feeling, can quickly bring relief from mood and stress-related problems like anxiety, panic-attacks, memory loss, sleep disturbance, foggy brain, sadness and fatigue.
Taking time to discuss what’s on your mind and really recognise what’s going on for you, will help you to understand yourself more deeply. This investigative process will allow you to begin seeing things differently. New perspectives will help you to start thinking and acting more positively – to move forward again, refreshed and restored, with new ideas.
My approach to counselling is to offer natural, relatable, person-centred therapy. With the aim of supporting you to find solutions which will result in finding some peace of mind, increased confidence, focus and vitality – to work towards living a wholehearted life.
Prior to counselling, I worked in a health-care support role within the NHS for several years. As a parent who has always worked, I readily understand how pressures at work and home can become overwhelming. I know that talking to someone impartial can bring clarity and be a great catalyst for trying out new approaches.
