About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, supportive and non judgmental space where you can explore your inner thoughts and beliefs.
The heart of my practice is to create a relationship to enable you to make conscious choices about changes you want to make to live a more rewarding life.
Often we have painful memories from the past, problems in everyday life and worries about the future. Counselling helps you to discover within yourself using your own inner resources and to recognise your needs.
Together we can make sense of any difficulties you may have.
I have a private room where I work.
I offer face to face, Skype, zoom, FaceTime and telephone sessions.
My first session
During our first session I will carry out a detailed assessment with you. This also gives us both the opportunity to check we feel comfortable working together.
