About me and my therapy practice
I have 30 years of experience of working in differing settings, in organisations and in private practice, with people from different backgrounds and ages, with a wide range of issues and difficulties.
My approach is to work with each new client to find out what you need and agree upon how we will work together and how you might best move towards finding fulfilment in your life.
I offer both focused short term counselling and more open ended psychotherapy, to all over the age of 18.
My theoretical approach is essentially relational, integrating Humanistic and Psychodynamic models, as well as some Cognitive/Behavioural ideas and work with the Arts if you would like to try this.
