About me and my therapy practice
[PLEASE NOTE: I am not taking on new clients at the moment.]
I'm an integrative relational therapist offering a safe, down-to-earth and respectful space to explore your life and difficulties thoughtfully, with compassion, curiosity and creativity.
I believe therapy should be as smart as it is supportive. My practice is informed by both time-tested and leading-edge theories about human development, distress and resilience. I balance thinking about the past with considering what's happening in the here and now, always looking for sparks of life and opportunities for change. I work actively to support you on your journey and in exploring and rewriting your story.
My training has included many years of my own therapy, so I know how much courage it can take to sit in the client's chair.
I work with individual adults over 16 and strive for an inclusive practice that welcomes diversity and difference. I offer an initial session at a discounted rate of £25 in order for us to assess whether we can work well together.
