About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified, experienced counsellor, and a registered member of BACP. I have been working in private practice for a number of years, and hold the position of Associate Counsellor with Phoenix Counselling Service in Dagenham, East London. I can also offer appointments in South Woodford (E18) and at EC2, very near to Liverpool Street. I offer person centred counselling to clients wishing to work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, anger issues, stress, and low self-esteem, as well as those wishing to find a space for personal development or self-reflection and exploration. I also offer a limited number of discounted spaces for student counsellors seeking counselling as part of their training. I also have a number of previous qualifications including an MA and BA Hons in English Literature. In addition to my experience as a counsellor I also have substantial experience in the business and manufacturing sector, having worked in customer service, process and information systems and as a leader and manager. ​
