About me and my therapy practice
Experienced therapist in practice for 18 years, working as a Senior Practitioner for a leading Norwich Charity specialising with children, young people, teenagers, parents and families.
My training includes an undergraduate degree in psychology and postgraduate in Counselling as well as many additional certificates.
I am also a qualified and practising teacher with skills in using the breath and awareness of the body, an effective approach to any issues with anxiety/stress. Client feedback highlights feeling safe and understood in a relaxed atmosphere enabled them to make the changes they needed for a happier life.
My therapy room is warm with comfortable seating. Equipped with sandtrays, symbols and creative materials for working with different age groups or when talking just feels too much.
