About me and my therapy practice
Each of us face difficulties and at times life can feel overwhelming. I can help you make sense of what you are feeling.
Therapy allows us the space to begin to notice how we think and feel on a deeper lever. Supported by a trusted therapist, we can discover what lies beneath the emotions we experience. Understanding why we feel like we do is key to unlocking our ability to make positive changes and to accept or overcome the even the most difficult experiences.
I specialise in anxiety, depression and feelings of isolation. I work with individuals.
My style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental.
My practice is based in E5 Clapton.
Practice description
I integrate person centred and psychodynamic models into a coherent model which looks at the whole of you.
We may spend some time looking at what is going on for you in the here and now, but we will also spend time uncovering how you feel about experiences in your past.
My first session
In our first session we will talk about how I work and what you can expect should you choose to take up sessions with me.
We may also talk a little about what has brought you to therapy and any expectations (or fears) you may have about the process.
