About me and my therapy practice
I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist.
As a THERAPIST, I would describe myself as straightforward, and exceptionally honest.
My manner is engaging , warm and interactive. I will listen without judgement and try and put myself into your world.
I have a degree in nutrition, have worked as a police officer and have run a business .
I work for two mental health charities and have also done some work for Rape Crisis.
My therapeutic qualification is in psychodynamic therapy.
As a CLIENT you will be able to bring anything you are struggling with. Relationships with family, work, partners, or even help in trying to navigate the perils of online dating! I will try and help you gain an understanding of yourself so you can find the best way forward for you.
If you have any queries , I will be happy to discuss them in a phone call.
Thanks for reading my profile.
