About me and my therapy practice
BACP Registered and Accredited.
I have had many years of experience working with adults in the private sector and more recently in the NHS, who have suffered physical, emotional as well as sexual abuse. I work with people suffering from depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, difficulties with family and personal relationships, confusion, eating disorders, and those who are experiencing difficulty coping with change. Bupa Recognition (30010837) BACP Accredited. I offer remote therapy in these difficult times
Practice description
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist.
I work with individuals over 16 years old face to face or remotely.
Cost for individuals is £55.00 per session.
I also work with couples either remotely or face to face.
Cost for couples £75.00 per session.
I work either remotely or face to face.
My first session
Your first session is for your Assessment where I will be collecting information and background.
This may not be completed in one session and may continue into the next session.
It will be charged at the normal rate.

I practice Psychodynamic therapy and my supervision is Psychodynamic.
I work in groups, face to face (when safe to do so) and remotely.
I can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision for qualified or trainee counsellors/psychotherapists, in groups or individually

My first session
Our first session will be a space for us to understand how we each work and to see if we are compatible.
If this is positive we will work with the clients/patients you are presenting for supervision.
