About me and my therapy practice
People seek counselling for many different reasons. You may have experienced changes in your life such as; a physical illness or chronic diagnosis, relationship difficulties, divorce or bereavement. You may be depressed or anxious for reasons you can't explain. All of these things can be tricky to deal with alone.
I can help you by offering a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space to talk about whatever it is that is bothering you. Together we can explore what would make things better for you.
I realise that it can be a daunting prospect chosing a counsellor, and as such I welcome a call or email, to see if you feel that I might be the right one for you.
Practice descriptionI offer short and longer term therapy on a weekly basis. I work face to face at a private clinic and also online via Zoom.
