Often our anxieties and difficulties can weigh us down and we are unable to find a way forward. Our thoughts and feelings can be confusing and talking to friends and relatives about our concerns may be too difficult.
This is where I can help.
By offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment I will help you overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement and relationship problems.
Together, with gentleness and compassion, we will explore and understand your thoughts, feelings or behaviours that are causing the imbalance in your life.
The end goal is to make positive changes and implement coping strategies to change how you feel and give you empowerment to be the best version of you.

To get the very best out of counselling it is important to find a counsellor who is right for you. I offer a free telephone consultation to see if we are a good ‘fit’. I am also very happy to answer any questions via email.
To try and accommodate busy lives and time for counselling, I offer early morning, lunchtime, evening and weekend appointments.
