About me and my therapy practice
Are you anxious, stressed, depressed, feeling overwhelmed or doesn't feel right? Or sometimes feeling angry, sad, or isolated?
Counselling is a place where you have the opportunity to understand and work with your thoughts, distress or any loss of direction and purpose that can make a difference in your life.
Counselling might seem challenging especially when talking about your deepest fear or difficulties in life. But, it is also liberating and empowering to learn about you and your available choices.
