About me and my therapy practice
Life events and personal circumstances can, from time to time, leave us struggling. Coping on our own can be difficult and sometimes we need a little extra support to help manage these hard times.
I offer a non-judgemental safe space where you can talk freely to get through tough times and come out stronger at the other end. I accept people for who they are as individuals and I will help you to explore your issues and find answers from within yourself. Our time together will allow you to thrive and feel empowered, leaving you more in control and optimistic about your future.
Qualifications & Training:
MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy – University of Strathclyde
BSc (Hons) in Psychology – University of the West of Scotland
Emotion Focused Therapy level 1 Certificate – University of Strathclyde
Emotion Focused Therapy level 2 module A & B Certificate – University of Strathclyde
COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills – University of Strathclyde
For data protection purposes, I am a member of the Information Commissioners Office
