About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced BACP-accredited counsellor, providing counselling and psychotherapy to adults in Stockport and south Manchester. I also work with children and families.
So that you can decide whether I'm the right therapist for you, I offer a complementary first session. This will enable you to decide if we can work together to enable you to make changes, or to understand yourself better.
I offer both longer term therapy for those who have experienced trauma or abuse, and shorter term structured therapy for those suffering with anxiety, depression, stress and phobias.
As well as being a counsellor I am also an accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and offer CBT as a stand-alone or integrated therapy.
Everyone should be able to access psychological help, so I offer concessions to counselling and psychotherapy students and those on low incomes. I also hold a qualification as a Supervisor from the British Psychological Society.
