About me and my therapy practiceI have worked with a variety of issues such as anxiety, loss & bereavement, eating disorders, anger, depression, self-harm, friendship issues, relationship and family breakdowns, low self-esteem, amongst others. The aim of therapy is to help you explore and understand these challenges and provide you with useful coping tools that will stay with you for a lifetime.
I am an integrative therapist, which means I am trained in a number of different methods to best support the uniqueness of each of my clients. My approach to the counselling is based on a deep respect for each client’s individuality and a considered belief in their own natural potential to understand themselves and achieve changes they seek.
