About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the path we find ourselves on just isn’t as smooth as we would like it to be, or simply doesn’t feel like the right path. Whether you are hoping to improve your relationships, come to terms with a particular event, or understand more about who you are, counselling could help.
Deciding to access counselling can be a difficult first step for any of us, & it will sometimes take some courage to simply get to this point. Although we are, each of us, unique, we also all at times encounter difficult situations, or experience painful emotions; for some of us, those are the times when we feel the need to reach out in search of a safe space in which to release those feelings. I strive to offer you such a place, where you can feel fundamentally accepted, whatever you wish to explore.
I work in an integrative way, mainly guided by a strong belief that the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of the healing process. I aim to help individuals who are looking to find a more fulfilling way to live their life.
I am also experienced in using videocalls for online counselling.
