About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the path we find ourselves on just isn’t as smooth as we would like it to be, or simply doesn’t feel like the right path. Whether you want to improve your relationships, come to terms with a particular event in your past, or understand more about who you are, counselling could help.
Deciding to access counselling can be a difficult first step for any of us, & I recognise the bravery it may take to simply get to this point. We are, each of us, unique- yet we all also at times encounter difficult situations, experience painful emotions; for some of us, those are the times when we reach out in search of a safe and confidential space in which to explore those feelings. I strive to offer you such a place, where you can feel fundamentally accepted, whatever you wish to explore.
I work in an integrative way, mainly guided by a strong belief that the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of the healing process. I aim to help those who are looking to find a more fulfilling way to live their life.
