About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person Centred counsellor and, as such, I hope to provide a safe, trusting and confidential space in which my client and I can build a safe, non-judgemental relationship where my clients will have the time to be truly heard, while being respected and valued as the unique individuals that they are. This safe and trusting relationship is the key for therapy to work and as such provides the necessary conditions for the client to be able to find their own solutions to whatever their problems may be.

My charges are £40 per hourly session.

For our initial appointment, a getting to know each other session, £20 per hour

For couples £70 per 1.5 hour session.

I have a diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Warwickshire College.

A Diploma in Coaching from Warwick University.

I have a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups

I have trained at Myton Hospice and with Safeline, a charity which supports survivors of sexual abuse. In both, I have worked as a volunteer counsellor for a period of 6 years each.

At the present time I work as a volunteer for The Shakespeare Hospice as a volunteer counsellor and have done for the past 5 years.

I also have my own small private practice at Lifeways Therapy Centre, Stratford-on-Avon.

I have experience in bereavement and grief, life limiting illnesses, depression, anxiousness, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, couples, separation and divorce, family issues, anxiety, children, adolescents and relationships.

I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families.

I work from Lifeways Therapy Centre and from Tyler Street Hub.
