I’m an inclusive Psychotherapeutic Counsellor now WORKING ONLINE in Kent and across the UK and beyond.
When working face to face with clients are from all over East Kent, including Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable, Ashford, Sittingbourne and Deal & Walmer.
Clients are from diverse social backgrounds. They are 18+ through to senior generations and are welcomed from different heritage, races and cultures, sexualities and identities.
For almost three years my work has been with clients at MIND, the UK’s number one mental health charity. Clients are now welcomed at my own private practice ONLINE.
Sixty minute sessions are at the same time each week.
Sessions are collaborative and in confidence and follow the Ethical Framework laid down by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
Our confidential work together is empathic, non-judgemental and based on trust. You, the client, are the focus and centre of our therapeutic relationship.

My first session
For our very first session 10 to 15 minutes is spent explaining our Client Agreement, which is basically understanding how we'll work together.
The Client Agreement is a good practice requirement of the counselling profession and the first step in our confidential, objective, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.
The BACP Ethical Framework, a code of practice for therapists, protects the well-being of clients.
