About me and my therapy practice

Life’s pressures can sometimes make us feel unsure of ourselves and this can make us feel unhappy. Our true selves can get buried under the weight of conditioning and other people’s ideas of who we are, and we can lose sense of where we are going. I am a warm, caring integrative therapist who will work by encouraging you to find answers from within. I can help you discover the person you were before you drew conclusions from others. I believe we all have the power to choose who we want to be. There is only one person that we can change and that is ourself and I can help you as you embark on this journey of discovery and growth. We can find a way of working together.

I have spent years working alongside clients who have experienced a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, abuse, bereavement and relationship problems. I have worked at Kingston Women's Centre for years and  I have also been trained by Place2Be working at a school with children 5 - 18 years. As well as working in my private practice I am a school counsellor at Francis Holland School in Sloane Square.

I work in strict confidentiality and offer you non-judgemental, empathetic but challenging help. I offer short- and long-term counselling. I am comfortable with online or telephone counselling or if you'd prefer I practice out of Mortlake/Sheen in South West London, easily accessible from Hammersmith bus and tube station, as well as Mortlake train station and bus connections to Sheen and Mortlake.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation, or if you'd prefer you can come straight to your first session. I charge £65 for a 50 minute session weekdays and £85 weekends

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions
