About me and my therapy practice

People come for Counselling and Psychotherapy for many reasons. Life can make many demands upon us, whether it is in what we enjoy, or in the experiences which cause us conflict and pain. It can be difficult navigating powerful emotions alone, so whatever the reason I am here to support you as you discover new ways to approach challenging situations that will support your well-being, help you understand yourself better, and improve your ability to thrive.

Practice description

I work online, using Zoom as my preferred platform. I also use FaceTime, WhatsApp Video.

In Person sessions, to be negotiated during an initial consultation, which is free of charge.

My first session

I offer an initial session free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to meet me, address any concerns you may have, and to see if you feel comfortable to work with me. There is no obligation to continue following this initial meeting.
