About me and my therapy practice

Welcome, and thank you for looking at my profile. I have worked as a counsellor within various mental health settings for over 20 years. I’m passionate about what counselling can give people in terms of providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space in which to explore the problems and dilemmas that can occur in all of our lives. I offer clients a private and confidential setting so they can explore any difficulties they are experiencing and help to make issues, thoughts and feelings clearer. Quite simply this can then reduce confusion, depression and anxiety and enable more positive perspectives and choices. Everyone has the resources for self understanding and therefore for psychological change given the right environment.

Sessions are in a private house in Brandon but I can also meet you at your own home (within reasonable travelling distance) or talk over the phone.
