About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults struggling with a specific problem such as personal or work relationships, trauma, abuse, health, anxiety or loss or those who feel overwhelmed by difficult feelings or stuck in patterns of thinking and behaviour that they feel powerless to change. My aim is to creatively support people to understand their life better, enable them to explore what is troubling them, their feelings, thoughts and behaviour and help them source their unique inner resources and potential in a safe, confidential, respectful and non-judgemental space.
