About me and my therapy practice

I am a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (CTA, MSc Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy) and a qualified Transactional Analysis Counsellor. I work with individuals and couples. The way that I work is respectful and empathic, and I work towards the goals that you set, helping you to make the changes that you strive for so that you are free of old patterns that may have been unhelpful to you.

I offer online and telephone appointments to individuals and couples when face to face is not possible.

My first session

Appointments are for one hour. In our first appointment I will ask you questions about what you would like to change, and how you understand your current situation. I will share my thoughts with you and we will agree on your priorities in therapy.
