About me and my therapy practice
I offer both long and short-term therapy either via Zoom or in person from my consulting rooms in Kentish Town.
The way in which I work means that I see clients from all walks of life who are experiencing difficulties. This can be for a number of reasons including depression, anxiety, bereavement, unexpected worries at work, eating disorders, relationship problems, changes in life circumstances or traumatic experiences from the past which are impacting on the present.
I offer a calm, confidential space in which you can talk through your difficulties and begin to explore those parts of your self, you feel are causing you pain.
My first session
The first session is very important as it helps me find out a bit more about you and what you are currently going through as well as it being an opportunity for you to find out a bit more about therapy and what I might be able to offer you. It's also important to click with your therapist, which is why I view the first session as a chance for you to experience working with me and decide if I am the right ‘fit’ for you. There is no obligation and even if I'm not the right person for you at this time, I might be able to point you in a helpful direction.
