About me and my therapy practice
I offer both long and short-term therapy either via Zoom or in person from my consulting rooms in NW5.
The way in which I work means that I see clients from all walks of life who are experiencing difficulties. This can be for a number of reasons including depression, anxiety, bereavement, unexpected worries at work, eating disorders, relationship problems, changes in life circumstances or traumatic experiences from the past which are impacting on the present.
I offer a calm, confidential space in which you can talk through your difficulties and begin to explore those parts of your self, you feel are causing you pain.
My first session
I offer a free, first consultation session in which we can discuss your current problems. If you then wish to continue therapy with me, we can arrange a regular time slot for you to come each week, either on a short-term basis or for a longer period of time.
