About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are feeling stressed or anxious, maybe having panic attacks? Together we can explore the triggers for your uncomfortable feelings. Life isn't always easy and there are times when we need someone to hear us. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step and make contact with a counsellor, but I truly believe that counselling ' could be the best gift you ever give yourself.'
I can help you develop understanding of panic and anxiety and hopefully help you to take the fear out of what's happening to you, which will allow you to gain more control of your life.
I can't promise to make all your problems disappear; looking at our hopes and fears isn't easy, but by working together, I hope to ease that burden and help you find a better understanding of yourself and therefore a more fulfilling and contented life.
Practice description
BACP registered mental health counsellor with experience in helping people with distressing life events, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depression and bereavement.

Counsellor for New Pathways (an agency providing specialist counselling and advocacy services for women, men, children and young people who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse.)

I will help you explore what's going on in your life that might be causing you to have these feelings. I offer warmth, understanding and no judgement.

We will talk about what you feel you would like to gain from therapy and agreeing how we are going to work together; how often we'll meet and finding our if I am the right person to help you
