About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy in the London - Bloomsbury (WC1).

I have a diverse experience, having worked both in the NHS and privately with people presenting all sorts of emotional difficulties, relationship struggles and mental health problems: e.g depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, self-esteem, OCD, etc.

I've been working with people from various backgrounds for over 14 years, helping understand themselves better and work through the difficulties that hold them back. I provide a professional, confidential and discreet environment where change can take place.

I also work in Portuguese and Spanish.
