About me and my therapy practice
Hi I’m Liz, I am a Person-Centred therapist based in North Birmingham.
I offer a confidential supportive setting for you to safely explore feelings and emotions that you are finding challenging, a space where you will be listened to and not judged. We work at a pace that suits you, gently exploring your difficulties and working together to help you overcome them.
I believe counselling can really make a difference to lives, working together, always following the direction that you chose, I aim to help you gain clarity and understanding of the issues that have brought you to counselling.
I have experience working with adults and young people, both in an agency setting and private practice. I can provide short-term and long term counselling to individuals and can offer day, evening and weekend appointments.
