About me and my therapy practice

I offer my clients an opportunity to understand their current difficulties in a confidential, safe and non judgemental space; to look at how their difficulties have come about, to make sense of them and to find a realistic and lasting way forwards towards an improved quality of life.

I have been in practise as an integrative psychotherapist since 2000. I am UKCP accredited and a member of BACP and abide by both of their codes of practise.

I offer both short and long term face to face work at my practice in Brixton, South London. Sessions usually take place weekly.

I have experience of working with a very wide variety of issues including working with people/carers who have someone with serious mental illness close to them.

My first session

All sessions, including the initial session, last for one hour. At the initial session, we will discuss what is currently going on in your life as well as me taking a brief life/family history from you. Usually this session will give us both a good indication of whether we feel we can work together.
